For the next 6 weeks we will be doing a weekly gymnastics programme that will support development of fundamental movement concepts. For many they are at the beginning stage of their gymnastics learning, whilst some are actively involved with a gymnastics club. We will be calling on their skills, knowledge and experience to help us as we learn the basics.
